If was a MENSA of real estate these guys would carry cards. Many industry members pay to see a team like this speak professionally about how they are able to provide expert solutions to clients in such dynamic ways that they outperform the market dramatically.
Why would a REALTOR® write a review of another REALTOR®? It would make my life easier if someone would explain how to understand the difference in my marketplace. If someone who didn't really have skin in the game, like a hockey player from another team, said your coach is making things happen it would help people understand. That way John Cooper Group can score on your behalf instead of having them represent the very similar property to yours across the street. Maybe you're the player that will be dazzled by the other team's coach.

I would like to share my experience I had with John Cooper, a real estate agent with agent with eXp Realty Nanaimo
One of our senior clients moved into a facility and needed to sell her home. John is a very professional realtor and, needless to say, made this transaction very smooth and stress-free for myself and my senior client.
At this point, the market was difficult, and we were unsure as to whether the house would sell in a timely manner. John prepared his market analysis for us to discuss and we came to a price to list the home at. With consistent viewings, we received an offer quite quickly.
Unfortunately that specific offer was not accepted but, in the meantime, John received word there was another party interested in the home. John goes above and beyond. Not only did he advise the previous "potential buyer who made the initial offer that another offer was coming in, but he also advised the other potential buyers that we would be reviewing offers at a specific time and if they were at all interested in this home, they should submit their offers quickly
This resulted in receiving three solid offers. Two of them were above asking price! This showed me that even in a difficult market, if the home is priced appropriately by an agent who also markets homes effectively, you can sell your home immediately. John Cooper can do this for you

I know everyone says that their REALTOR® is the best one, but this firm went above and beyond my expectations I know everyone says that their Realtor is the best one, but this firm went above and beyond my expectations. We always had someone replying to us within an hour, they were every flexible with meeting with us, and were very honest with us about the whole process. We were in the process of buying a house, but when we found a major issue, our Realtor encouraged us to back out. These people genuinely care about finding the right home for their clients. Even now, despite the fact the deal is closed and done, they've sent me an email to ask how the moving is going and how we're settling in. This isn't just a firm; it's a community that cares. I am writing this testimonial for John Cooper to thank him for all the work he has done in helping my family find the right houses. John tirelessly went from house to house with my oldest sister Amy and her partner Hugh for almost a full year in 2009. He was very helpful (even when phoned on holidays) in going all the way from top to bottom of each house, sometimes taking a couple hours to go through one. He is extremely knowledgeable in each area of Nanaimo's market and helped Amy and Hugh find the house that works the best for them.
